This Side Lying and Prone Certification cover all of the SRT applications and techniques for the side and face down positions.
This class covers full body in these positions and can be taken first or second to the Supine Certification course as well.
Seperate techniques are taught in both courses that arm you with the philosophy and understanding of full body sessions that focus to address the Nervous, Fascial and Lymphatic Systems.
This course does involve more PNF and Active-Passive assisted techniques for the client as well as we open more more fascial lines with Thoracic and lumbar rotational work.
